1st 200; 2nd 140; 3rd 90; 4th 60; 5th 40; 6th 30; 7th 20; 8th 15; 9th 10; 10th 5. Ties for placings fifth and below and drawn play-offs (e.g. 1 1/2-1 1/2) are not resolved and all tied players are awarded points equal to the total points awarded for the tied players (should a tie-breaking mechanism be used) divided by the number of players. For example three players tied for fifth place will each be awarded 30 points. This is equal to the sum of points for fifth, sixth and seventh places (40+30+20 = 90) divided by three (30) Should there be any fractions, these are ignored and 1 added to the number of points awarded. For example four players tied for eighth place would each be awarded eight points. This is equal to the sum of points for eighth, ninth and tenth places - eleventh scores zero (15+10+5 = 30). This divided by four is 7 1/2. Ignoring the half and adding one makes the points awarded equal to 8. A player's points total consists of his or her best five point scoring tournaments. Ties are resolved by using totals from all point scoring tournaments.
